Gigi Blue - Delectable Edibles specializes in my favorite desserts that I love to eat and make: American and French desserts featuring both classic and uncommon flavors. Inspired by my years working in restaurants and visiting pastry shops around the world, my desserts are singularly delicious. These handmade edible treasures will satisfy a discerning and well-traveled palate, and hopefully inspire you to return for more over and over again. Gigi Blue’s desserts are baked from scratch and made from pure, natural, simple ingredients - European-style butter, eggs, flour and sugar, milk and cream, Valrhona chocolate, Madagascar vanilla, fresh seasonal fruits and whole nuts. Locally-sourced ingredients are used as much as possible. |
